Our mission is to establish an extraordinary ministry of Holy Communion that reaches out to residents in nursing facilities who are unable to attend church due to their medical situations. Through the dedication of trained volunteers, we aim to provide spiritual and emotional support, companionship, and the comfort of Christ to those facing health challenges and isolation. We seek to create a sense of belonging and community for individuals who may feel disconnected from their church family.
